Born in New York City, David Needleman decided at the age of 12 that he wanted to be a portrait photographer. He's pursued that love ever since. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts, David spent much of the next decade working for Steven Meisel. And that mentorship provided David the invaluable experience to stake out on his own. Over the last 6 years, David has been a regular contributor of celebrity portraiture to L'Uomo Vogue. In addition, David has also photographed for Vanity Fair, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, L'Officiel Italia, The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, Out and more. David lives and works between New York City & Los Angeles.
